  REFERRAL POLICY  

We believe that most people are more comfortable receiving financial advice from a business that has been referred by trustworthy family members or friends that vouch for it themselves.

At TFC Financial we encourage our clients to refer family members, friends and business colleagues who you think may need our help.

Our referral policy is outlined below:

  • All potential clients referred to us are treated on a no obligation basis. An initial introductory meeting with one of our financial planners is offered at our cost

  • We are delighted to meet with any referrals you make and we will let them know whether we can help them or not

  • We adhere to a strict Confidentiality and Privacy Policy with all existing and referred clients. We shall not discuss any client situation with any other client

  • We shall always contact referring clients and let you know as to whether we were able to assist the individuals referred

A referral to TFC Financial is typically done with a brief introduction either face to face, by telephone or email so that the introduced person expects contact from us.
